Dr. Dale Marshfield
Founder & Director
Dr. Dale Marshfield had an interesting journey through the higher education world. He started as a science major at the State University of New York, completed his Bachelors and Masters degrees at a small private college in Pennsylvania. Then during a 26 year stay in South Africa, he completed a degree at the University of South Africa, rounding things off with a Doctorate from University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban-Westville). His teaching experience is equally diverse. He taught at the University level in South Africa (North-West University and University of Durban-Westville), as well as at the community level in one of South Africa’s large Indian townships. Today he divides his time between
providing leadership development training to Dalit people in India, and doing faculty development training in colleges, universities, and public and international schools.
